The Public Utilities Commission (PUC) appeals from a district court judgment setting aside a PUC decision to revoke certificates of public convenience and necessity and contract carrier permits previously issued to News and Film Service, Inc. (NFS). The district court held that the PUCs decision was unjust and unreasonable. We reverse the judgment of the district court and remand the case to that court with directions to reinstate the PUC decision.
